I normally use friends for everything because that's what you normally do, but in this case we had to think outside the box. I had know Adrian through a mutual friend and didn't even know he was in real estate when we met. We were going to think about buying a house in 2018, but some turn of events forced us to in 2017, and I am so glad we did (everything happens for a reason, right). The coordination and execution between the selling agent, sellers, our loan agent, escrow and title companies was flawless. We now have lifetime friends (Adrian, his Wife Tina, and their 2 great kids). I can write a short novel about our experiences, but long story short...
